Hours of Operation Gates open one hour prior to the start of events. Guest Services Guest Services, including Lost and Found, are handled through any Redcoat or the Event Manager. Home to Stanford Softball About the Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium is home to the Stanford softball team. Phase 1 of the construction was completed prior to the 1997 season. Phase 2, completed in the spring of 2001, included permanent seating, restroom facilities, a new batting cage, and a press box. Ticket Information Regular season Softball games are free. Post-season and some special events will require a ticket. Ticket booths will be located near the entry stairs for gameday tickets only. All other ticket inquiries, including advance tickets and tickets to other sporting events, are handled through the main Stanford Athletics Ticket Office, located at Gate 2 of Stanford Stadium. Office Hours: Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Closed Holidays. 800-STANFORD (800-782-6367) Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium has a fixed seating capacity of 820. The total facility capacity is 1,500 with a scaleable capacity of 3,500. The stadium has fixed, theater-style seating with individual seats. Disabled and disabled companion seating is available along the upper walkway on either side of the press box. Maps Directions Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium is located south of Sunken Diamond, off of Churchill Mall. To access the field, walk from the west side of the Varsity Parking Lot, past Sunken Diamond. Address: Masters Mall, Stanford, CA, 94305 [MAP IT!] Parking Parking is available in the Varsity Lot. Entrance to the lot is via Nelson Road off of Galvez Street. The Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium entrance is off of the plaza on the northeast corner of the stadium. Marked disabled spaces are available in the south end of the lot. A valid disabled placard (from any state) will be necessary to access the disabled parking areas. Disabled Guests Stanford athletic facilities accommodate disabled guests by wheelchair ramps, lowered drinking fountains, Braille signage and wider doorways. Seating Restrooms Parking | ||||||||
