Personal
- Parents are Lynne and Andrew Young
- Brothers are Nico, a two-time NCAA champion and 2024 Olympian in the 10,000, and twin Lex, a Stanford teammate
- Leo and Lex have their own YouTube channel, "L&L", where they share their running careers and seek to inspire young runners
- Board member of Doctors of the World, an international humanitarian organization which seeks to provide emergency and long-term medical care to the world's most vulnerable people
