2013 Season: Indoors - Placed second in the MPSF Championships in the 5,000 in 13:55.66 ... ran personal record 13:54.55 while finishing 18th in the invitational section of the Husky Classic ... placed sixth in the 3,000 at MPSF's in 8:08.07 ... ran PR of 8:07.03 at the UW Invitational ... ran 4:10.56 in the mile at the UW Preview.

2012 Season: Outdoors - Placed 10th in the 5,000 at the Pac-12 Championships, running 14:17.20 ... ran 8:07.27 in the 3,000 at the Big Meet ... ran on Stanford's 4x1,500 team that ran 15:20.09 at the Texas Relays. Indoors - Did not compete.

2011 Season: Outdoors - Did not compete. Indoors - Scored for Stanford at the MPSF Championships after running a personal best of 13:59.87 to take seventh in the 5,000 ... ran a personal best of 8:09.93 for 3,000 to place 12th at MPSF's.

Cross Country: An All-West Region selection in 2012 and a three-time scorer in the NCAA Championship meet.

International: Won the 2011 U.S. Junior cross country title in San Diego with an 8K time 24:28 ... advanced to the 2011 World Junior championships in Punta Umbria, Spain, but did not finish ... competed for the U.S. team at the 2009 World Youth Track and Field Championships in Bressanone, Italy, placing 10th in the 3,000 ... competed for the NACAC Junior cross country team in Mt. Irvine, Trinidad & Tobago, placing third on the 6K course.

High School: Captured the 2009 California Division III cross country state championship ... also won the 2009 North Coast Section Division III title ... two-time All-State cross country selection (2008 and `09) ... two-time Marin County Athletic League cross country champion ... a four-time All-NorCal and All-Marin County Athletic League selection in cross country and track... also captained the track team in 2009 and 2010, winning the MCAL and NCS Redwood Empire team championships ... triple individual MCAL champion in the 800, 1,600 and 3,200 from 2008-10 ... won 1,600 and 3,200 NCS Redwood Empire titles in 2009 and 2010 ... won the 1,600 and 3,200 at the NCS Meet of Champions in 2009 and 2010 ... holds school records in the 1,600 (4:08.54), 3,000 (8:18), and 3,200 (8:55) ... captained his cross country team for two years.
