2011 Season (Junior): Placed 22nd at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters with a time of 30:40.39 to earn honorable mention All-America honors ... ran a career-best time of 29:14.46 in the 10,000 at the NCAA Preliminary Round to earn his trip to the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... placed sixth in both the 5,000 (14:16.70) and 10,000 meters (29:52.81) at the Pac-10 Championships ... ran a 5,000-meter personal best of 13:46.71 at the Payton Jordan Invitational ... placed fifth (3:52.32) in the 1,500 and 10th (8:30.32) in the 3,000 meters at the Big Meet ... earned second team All-America honors after placing 15th (14:33.69) in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... the MPSF Champion in the 5,000 meters after running an indoor-best time of 13:48.13 ... also placed 19th (8:17.15) in the 3,000 meters at the MPSF Championships ... ran a 3,000-meter personal best of 8:05.59 at the Razorback Invitational.

2010 Season (Sophomore): Ran a career-best time of 4:03.21 in the mile at the Husky Classic ... placed eighth in the 5,000 meters at the MPSF Championships with a career-best time of 14:06.37 ... also competed in the mile and placed 15th at the MPSF meet ... placed sixth in the mile and ninth in the 3,000 meters at the Big Meet.

2009 Season (Freshman): Placed ninth in the mile (4:07.44) and 18th in the 3,000 meters (8:17.02) at the MPSF Indoor Championships, both personal best times ... ran a collegiate best of 14:51.38 in the 5,000 meters at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational ... placed sixth in the 1,500 meters and eighth in the 3,000 meters at the Big Meet.

High School: A 2007 Foot Locker national finalist ... the Gatorade Washington State Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year ... 2007 Washington state champion and the winner of the Washington vs. Oregon Border Clash in cross country ... finished fifth at the Foot Locker West Regional to qualify for the Foot Locker National Championships ... 2008 Washington 4A State champion in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters ... 2008 Gatorade Washington State Boys Track Athlete of the Year ... in 2007 won the prestigious Golden West Invitational and has a mile best of 4:13.20 ... personal best for 3,200 meters is 9:02.68.
