Cross Country: Has been a three-year competitor on the Cardinal cross-country team.

High School: Earned three runner-up finishes at the Oregon 6A state championships ... achieved 1,500 best of 4:37.73 at state in 2009, when she was second in the 1,500 and 3,000 ... in 2010, was second in the 3,000 in a best of 10:04.42 and was third in the 1,500 (4:39.54) ... captained her team to eighth place at the 6A Oregon state meet her senior year ... a three-time Three Rivers League District Champion ... holds Lake Oswego's school record in the 5K (18:12) ... placed in the top-10 at state four times in the 1,500 ... was part of a sixth-place 4x400-meter relay team at state in 2008.

Personal: Major is human biology ... daughter of Matthew Murray and Robin Christian ... stepmom is Dawn Kleser ... has an older brother Gregory, and two stepbrothers, Justin and Drew Vandeberghe ... enjoys running, skiing, mountain biking, reading, hanging out with friends and family, and playing or watching sports.
