- Ran a personal best in the 5,000 of 16:35.21 to place fifth at the MPSF Championships.

- At the season-opening UW Indoor Preview, set bests in the mile (4:55.37, eighth) and 3,000 (9:45.16, seventh).
- Ran 16:38.86 in the 5,000 at the Husky Classic, placing seventh in the 'B' race.

- Placed second at the USATF junior nationals in the 5,000, running 17:01.38 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Cross Country:
- Earned 2013 All-West Region honors by placing 20th at regionals as team's No. 3 runner.
- Was team's No. 4 (143rd place) at the 2013 NCAA Championships.
- Ran among Stanford's top seven in all cross-country championship meets as a freshman, including the Cardinal's third-place team at the NCAA Championships.
High School:
- The New Jersey state champion in cross country in 2010 and 2011.
- Also won state titles in the 1,600 and 3,200 in 2012.
- An All-American in the two mile in 2011 and the 5,000 in 2012.
- A Foot Locker national finalist in 2010.
- The Cherokee High record holder in the 1,600 (4:52), 3,200 (10:22), 5,000 (16:49),distance medley relay and sprint medley relay.
- Holds the state indoor record in the 5,000 and the state junior record in the two mile.
- Led Cherokee to a sixth-place finish at the state meet in cross country.
- Led Cherokee to conference titles in 2009 and 2010.
- Also swam for Cherokee and was named second team all-state and holds a school record.
- Third the NJSIAA Meet of Champions in the 3,200 (10:22.02).
