• Fourth at the 2014 NCAA Championships (30:29.5, 10K) in Terre Haute, Ind., pacing Stanford to a second-place team finish, its' highest since 2003.
• Named USTFCCCA West Region Athlete of the Year.
• Won the NCAA West Regional (29:33.5, 10K) at Stanford by outkicking Edward Cheserek, ending the Oregon sophomore's nine-race winning streak.
• Third in the 2013 NCAA Championships as a senior at Harvard.
• Finished sixth at the 2015 U.S. Championships in Boulder, earning the sixth and final spot on the U.S. team for the World Championships, covering the 12K course in 37:03.
• Won the inaugural Pan Am Cup, emblematic of the champion of the Western Hemisphere, in Barranquilla, Colombia (28:21 over 10K).
• The race also served as the NACAC championship for North and Central America, and the Caribbean.
• Placed 57th at the IAAF World Championships in Guiyang, China, on March 28, running 38:27 over 12K.
High School:
• Four-year member of the track and cross country teams at Harrisonville.
• Gatorade Missouri Runner of the Year and Kansas City Metro Runner of the Year in 2009-10.
• Named to the All-Midwest second-team in 2009.
• Won the 1,600 and 3,200 at the 2010 Missouri Class 3 state championship meet.
• Captured the state Class 3 cross country title in 2009.
• All-state in cross country all four years and all-state in track as a sophomore, junior and senior.
