  • Clocked 8:43.93 for 3,200 (converted to 8:46.97 for two miles) at the 2015 outdoor Loucks Games, the No. 3 time in the U.S.
  • Ran the fastest 5,000 in the nation in 2014 when he clocked 14:16.61 to win the New Balance Outdoor Nationals by 13 seconds
  • Ran 8:52.64 for 3,200 as junior, a 17-second improvement
  • Ninth in the 2014 Foot Locker National Cross Country Championships, and 11th in 2013
  • Won the 2014 New England Championships in cross country and the Connecticut State Open, the latter in a course record 14:58 for 5K
