The 2023 season is the seventh for Kate Dalman, and she transitions into a new role as Assistant Director of Football Operations. She has previously worked as an operations and recruiting assistant for the Stanford football program.

In her current role, Dalman works closely with student-athletes, coaches, staff, recruits, recruit’s families, department staff and outside vendors. She helps facilitate on-campus recruiting visits and assists with Stanford's camps and clinics. Dalman also assists with team operations, including scheduling, team meals and travel logistics and manages coach Taylor's schedule.
 
Dalman earned a degree in communications from Sonoma State in 2016. She graduated in three years from Sonoma State, where she was a member of Gamma Phi Beta and served as the school's athletic association liaison.
 
Dalman's father, Chris, played football at Stanford and professionally for San Francisco 49ers. He helped the 49ers win Super Bowl XXIX. Chris went on to coach for Stanford, along with stints with the Atlanta Falcons and 49ers.
 
Dalman's brother, Drew, also played for the Cardinal football team from 2017-20 and is actively in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcons.
