• Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll
• Appeared in all 12 games during his junior season, making his first three starts
• Drew his first collegiate start against Arizona on September 23, the first of three consecutive starts
• Recorded his first tackle against Sacramento State on Sept. 16
• One game later, recorded his only multi-tackle game of the year, with three against Arizona, including his first half sack
• Defended a pass in the season-opening win against Hawai'i

• Son of Jeff and Alissa Buckey
• Father played football at Stanford before embarking on a four-year career in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers
• Aunt, Mandy Daudel, competed in track and field at California
• Great grandfather, Sheldon Harden, played football at Santa Clara and served as head football coach at Cal Poly
• Has three siblings, Grant, Quinn and Pierce
• Has played piano since the age of five
• Tenth member of his family to play a Division I sport
