Prior to Stanford
- Played his first three collegiate seasons at UCLA
- Appeared in 15 games and made one start at wide receiver for the Bruins, totalling 45 receiving yards on two receptions and adding two rushes for nine yards
- Made his first career start against Minnesota and hauled in an 18-yard reception (Oct. 12, 2024)
- Recorded his first career reception in UCLA’s 2024 season opener at Hawai’i, taking it for a 27-yard gain (Aug. 31, 2024)
- His collegiate debut came against North Carolina Central, appearing on special teams (Sept. 16, 2023)
- Most of his playing time came on special teams, where he recorded three total tackles, including two in 2025
- Prepped at Sacred Heart Preparatory in Atherton, Calif., for head coach Mark Grieb

- Played on both sides of the ball in high school, appearing at wide receiver and defensive back
- Hauled in 26 receptions for 477 yards and seven touchdowns while recording 33 tackles on defense as a senior
- Caught six passes for 181 yards with three touchdowns as a junior while setting a career-high in tackles with 49

- Finished eighth on the 4x100 relay team at the state championships as a senior
- Qualified for the 200 and 400-meter relays at state

- Has a brother, Gavin, and a sister, Keegan
- Father David was the Bradford M. Freeman Director of Football at Stanford from 2011-22
- Winningest coach in program history, winning 96 games over 12 seasons (96-54, .640 winning percentage)
- Four-time Pac-12 Coach of the Year (2011-12, 2015, 2017) and 2017 Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year
- Guided Stanford to five bowl game wins, including two victories in the Rose Bowl Game
- Grandfather Willie Shaw coached at Stanford for six seasons, including two seasons as the Cardinal’s defensive coordinator (1990-91)
