• Two-time soccer regional all-star (Region IV)
• Played club for Seattle Sounders FC Academy since 2013 and competed in the Generation adidas Cup and U.S. Soccer Development Academy nationals
• A state chess champion, captained his high school team in 2015-16, which finished second in the nation
• A third degree black belt in Taekwondo and junior Olympic competitor

• Son of Carey Farquhar and Thomas Chi
• Has two younger siblings, Margaret and Isobel
• Plans on majoring in chemistry or philosophy with an eye on becoming a marine biologist
