National Competition: Competed at the U.S. Senior National Zone D Preliminaries in 2009, finishing 10th in the finals of the 1-meter... was a part of the 2009 Zone E Diving Championships for 16-18 year olds, finishing fourth in the 3-meter and 10th in the 1-meter... was third in the finals of the 16-18 summer region 10 championships, also in 2009.
2010-2011 Season (Junior): Scored a best of 257.4 against Hawaii in a dual meet in the 3-Meter and 236.85 in the one-meter against Arizona.
2010-2011 Season (Sophomore): Finished eighth at the BYU, Utah and Stanford tri-meet with a season-best of 298.50 in the three-meter... scored a best of 276.55 in an exhibition with USC in the one-meter.
2009-2010 Season (Freshman): Placed eighth in the one-meter dive and 13th in the three-meter dive at the Pac-10 Championships...the 297.1 in the three-meter and the 240.6 in the one-meter were both season bests... placed fourth in the both the one-meter and three-meter dives against Arizona.
High School: Participated three years in cross country and swimming and was a state participant in wrestling in his only grappling season... only took up diving his senior year... swim team were three-time state finalists, finishing third in 2009, fourth in 2008 and 10th in 2007.... named the team's MVP in swimming as a senior... set the school-record in the 1-meter.
Personal: Son of Tim and Ingrid... has two older sisters, Lauren and Kate... grandfather, Chuck, played football at UCLA, father, Tim was a diver at Chico State and mother, Ingrid, played basketball at the University of Prince George... majoring in biomechanical engineering.
