As a Sophomore in 2011: Played in two matches, appearing for one set off the bench in each case ... had three assists and one block on the season ... made both of his appearances in January.

As a Freshman in 2010: Did not play.

High School/Club: Led the Big Island's Kamehameha School of Kea'au on the Big Island to three state Division I tournament appearances, playing setter, outside hitter and opposite ... a three-time Star-Bulletin all-state Fab 15 selection ... named 2009 Big Island Interscholastic Federation player of the year ... named to Volleyball Magazine's Fab 50 seniors for the class of '09 ... at 16, played hitter and setter while leading his Pilipa'a team to a silver medal at the 2007 junior national championships in the 18 Club Division ... set the U.S. youth A2 Red national team to the gold at the 2007 U.S. High Performance championships ... also named to the A2 team in 2008 ... helped Highline Volleyball Club of Long Beach, Calif., and to a bronze division finish in the 2008 18 Open division of the U.S. junior championships.
