- A 2013 graduate of Miramonte High School in Orinda, Calif.
- Played two years of water polo and also swam at MHS
- Helped lead MHS to CIF North Coast Section titles in 2009, 2011 and 2012 and to DFAL titles from 2011-12

- Earned a spot on the California-Hawaii All-America Second Team as a junior and senior
