At Stanford: Transitioned to the 800during the 2011 outdoor season with spectacular results ... in 2012, earned second-team outdoor All-America honors in the 800 and second-team indoor All-America honors in the distance medley relay.

2013 Season: Indoors - Ran the third leg (800) on the distance medley relay team that ran 11:06.46 at the Armory Invitational for the No. 7 time in Stanford history ... ran season bests of 2:12.89 in the 800 (UW Invitational) and 1:31.73 in the 600 (UW Preview).

2012 Season: Outdoors - Earned second-team All-America honors by placing 12th at the NCAA Championships in the 800, by running2:04.29 in her preliminary heat ...the time was the second-best in school history ... placed sixth at the Pac-12 Championships in the 800 in 2:08.26 ... earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention. Indoors - Earned second-team All-America honors by running the 800 leg on Stanford's ninth-place distance medley relay team at the NCAA Championships ... the team ran 11:14.61 ... placed fifth in the MPSF Championships in the DMR in 11:04.31, the fourth-fastest time in school history ... that time ranked Stanford at No. 14 on the 2012 U.S. performance list ... placed 28th at the MPSF's in the 800 in 2:19.68 ...had a season best of 2:07.65 at the Flotrack Husky Classic ... received MPSF All-Academic honors.

2011 Season: Outdoors - Just missed the NCAA meet, placing 14th in the semifinals of the Preliminary Round in the 800 with a time of 2:06.42 ... placed sixth at the Pac-10 Championships in the 800 in 2:08.04, but ran a career-best of 2:05.83 in the prelims ... the Big Meet 800 champion in 2:08.94 ... ran a career-best 400 of 55.80 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational. Indoors - Placed 10th at the MPSF Championships in the 400 in 56.13 ... also competed in the 200 at the MPSF's, placing 19th ... top 400 time of 56.09 came at the Cherry and Silver Invitational.

2010 Season: Outdoors - Competed in the Pac-10 Championships in the 400 ... season-best time of 57.57 in the 400 came at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational ... also competed in the 200 at the Brutus Hamilton with a 25.80 ... named Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention. Indoors - Did not compete.

2009 Season: Outdoors - Season best in the 200 came at the Cal Outdoor Opener (25.33). Indoors - Placed 13th at the MPSF Championships in the 400 with a career-best 56.51 ... a member of the 4x400 relay at MPSF's that placed sixth.

High School: Earned six top-five individual finishes at the Colorado state 4A championships, two each in the 100, 200, and 400 ... was state runner-up in the 2008 400, and the 2007 100 and 200 ... regional champion in the 100, 200, 400 and 4x100 in both 2007 and 2008 ... member of the state champion 4x100 meter relay team in 2007 ... ran a wind-aided 24.95 atthe 2008 state meet in the 200 ...Cheyenne Mountain record holder at 100, 200 and 400 as well as being a member of the 4x100 and distance medley relay teams that hold school records ... also a four-year letterwinner in cross country and has competed in mountain biking on the national stage.
