2011 Season (Freshman): Placed fifth in the 400 meters at the Big Meet with an outdoor best of 56.95 ... top 100-meter time of 12.48 came at the Cal Outdoor Opener ... ran a career-best time of 56.65 in the 400 meters to place 17th at the MPSF Championships ... career-best time of 25.63 for 200 meters came at the New Mexico Invite.

High School: A member of the four-time Central Piedmont Conference Championship team, the three-time regional championship team, and the 2009 North Carolina indoor state championship team ... the 300-meter North Carolina state champion in 2009 ... a two-time 4x400-meter relay state champion ... the four-time 400-meter conference champion and four-time 400-meter regional champion ... a four-time All-conference selection ... the three-time Most Valuable Player at Mount Tabor ... a member of the Tri-City Relays club team who were four-time AAU State Champions and individually was a four-time AAU National Qualifier and three-time state and regional champion ... holds a high school record in the 400 meters (55:42).
