• Big Meet long jump, high jump and 4x100 winner.
• Had huge personal bests of 25-9 1/4w and 24-8 1/2 to place fifth at Longhorn Invitational.

Indoors

• Set a personal best in the long jump of 24-0 1/4 (7.32m) to place sixth at the MPSF Championships.
• The distance placed him No. 7 on the Stanford all-time indoor performers' list.
• Won the triple jump at the UW Indoor Preview at 50-3 1/4.
• MPSF All-Academic selection.

As a junior (2016):
Outdoors

• Placed fifth at the Pac-12 Championships in the triple jump at 50-9 1/4.
• Set season best of 50-10 (15.49m) at the NCAA West Prelims, placing 19th.
• USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

Indoors

• Crushed personal best triple jump by 1 foot, 2 1/4 inches in season-opening UW Indoor Preview.
• His 51-5 3/4 moved him past Richard Sherman to No. 4 on school indoor performers' list.
• Placed fifth at MPSF Championships in triple jump at 50-11 1/2.

As a sophomore (2015):
Outdoors

• Pac-12 Men’s Field Athlete of the Week (April 27) after setting personal bests in the high jump and triple jump at the Brutus Hamilton meets at Cal.
• Set personal records in nearly every meet.
• Proved to be the most versatile jumper on the team.
• Won the Big Meet with a high jump of 6-9 in his first collegiate high jump competition.
• Made his collegiate debut in his best event, the triple jump, at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge and set a personal best of 50-3 1/2.
• Best high jump of 6-10 3/4 won the Brutus Hamilton Open and is the ninth-best outdoor jump in school history, taken with a short approach run.
• Set long jump PB of 23-11 1/2 to win the collegiate section of the Stanford Invitational.
• Advanced to the NCAA West Prelims in the triple Jump.
• Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

Indoors

• Set personal records in the long jump in each of his four meets.
• Placed eighth in the LJ at the MPSF Championships in a personal best 23-4 1/2.
• Made collegiate debut by placing fifth in the LJ at the UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 17.

Personal:

• Comes from a distinguished family of triple jumpers.
• Son of Jaak and Maie Uudmae.
• Has two brothers and two sisters.
• Father, Jaak, was the 1980 Olympic gold medal winner while competing for the Soviet Union in Moscow.
• Mother, Maie, is a track coach and was a national-team long jumper.
• Brother Jaanus won the 2005 NCAA indoor title while competing for Arkansas.
• Sister Merilyn jumped for Alabama.
• Majoring in computer science.
