Courtney Jaco is in her first season as an intern with the Stanford women’s basketball program.
A four-year letterwinner at USC, Jaco appeared in 127 games for the Trojans and made 65 starts. She finished her career with averages of 7.7 points, 1.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 25.1 minutes while shooting 43.5 percent from the floor and 38.5 percent from behind the arc. The Windward School product is USC’s all-time 3-point percentage leader and her 213 career makes from deep are second in school history.
A two-time All-Pac-12 honorable mention pick, Jaco was also named all-defensive honorable mention as a senior and all-freshman honorable mention in 2014. She started all 30 of the Trojans’ games in 2016-17 and averaged career highs in points (10.6), rebounds (1.7) and assists (2.7) and made 40.2 percent of her 3-pointers.
