Brittany Keil joined the Stanford Women’s Basketball staff as its sports performance coach in 2013-14.

Keil arrived on The Farm after serving as assistant strength and conditioning coach at the College of the Holy Cross from 2010-2013. At Holy Cross she designed and implemented training programs for men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, men's and women's lacrosse, men's and women's track and field, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's tennis, women's volleyball and field hockey.

Keil also served as assistant director for Be Athletic Sports Performance Camp based out of Worcester, Mass. during the summers of 2009-2012. While there, she assisted with program design, managed the coaching staff and worked directly with athletes from all sports, age groups and skill levels.

She began her career in sports performance as an intern strength and conditioning coaching assistant at Harvard from 2008-2010, overseeing the training of 13 different teams and serving as an assistant strength coach for football and women's basketball.

Keil graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from the College of the Holy Cross, where she was a four-year starter, 1,000-point scorer and team captain for the women’s basketball team. She helped lead the Crusaders to two Patriot League Championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances and thrice earned ESPN District I Academic All-America honors. Currently, Keil is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
