• Rowed to a second-place finish in the 4 seat with the third varsity eight at the San Diego Crew Classic
• Helped the third varsity eight (Fri AM), second varsity four (Fri PM), and third varsity four (Sat AM) boats in the bow seat to top finishes at the Big-10 Invite 
• Rowed in the 7 seat of the fourth varsity eight boat at the Big Row
• Led the novice eight boat to a first-place effort at the 2023 Pac-12 Championships in the 3 seat

As a Sophomore (2021-22)  • Pac-12 Champion (Team, Third Varsity Eight)

• Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll
• Led the Cardinal to victory in the 3 seat at the Head of the Charles
• Rowed in the 4 seat with the Cardinal in wins over Cal and UC Irvine at Redwood Shores
• Rowed in the 7 seat with the third varsity eight in three top-three finishes at the Big-10 Invite
• Helped team and third varsity eight to a conference title at the Pac-12 Championships, the Cardinal’s first since 2014, as the 3 seat

As a Freshman (2020-21)

• Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll
• Rowed in the 5 seat with the third varsity in a sweep over Cal at the Big Row
• Rowed in the 5 seat with the third varsity in a win over UCLA in Los Angeles
• Helped team & third varsity to second place at Pac-12s as the 5 seat

Prior to Stanford

• USRowing under-19 junior national team selection camp in 2019
• Seventh at Youth Nationals in the 4+ 2019 (won the B Final)
• High Performance Camp 2018
• Best Rookie award novice year (2015)

Personal

• Parents are Warren Clemans and Kathryn Schmid 
• Has a brother, Will
• Uncle, Hal Schmid, was a hurdler at Oregon
