International Competition: Has competed at a pair of Senior National Championships...turned in a fifth-place performance on the platform in 2007...finished third in the 3-meter and 12th on the platform in 2006...was the 2006 Junior National champion in the platform competition, while finishing third in the 3-meter and fourth in the 1-meter...competed at both the 2004 and 2006 Junior World Championships...finished fourth on the 3-meter and sixth on the platform at the 2004 event held in Belem, Brazil...placed 12th on the platform in the 2006 competition, which took place in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia...also dove at the 2006 International Diving Invitational held at Ohio State University, placing fourth in the platform event... placed second on the platform at the 2005 Junior National Championships.
Stanford in 2010-11 (Senior): Finished off her collegiate career as an All-American in all three disciplines... began her final NCAA run by being named an All-American in the one-meter with a third place finish and score of 327.65... finished off her Stanford career for the fourth place Cardinal with a seventh place finish in the platform after finishing 13th in the three-meter with a score of 308.70.... reached the NCAAs following a runner-up finish in the one-meter (613.20), third place showing in the platform (539.10) and 18th place finish in the three-meter (525.60).... helped the Cardinal to its second-straight Pac-10 title by winning the platform (322.65) and finishing third in the one-meter at Pac-10s with a score of 323.80.. At one point won seven-straight diving events in January and February, posting her seventh with a three-meter win in a tri-meet with Utah and BYU... named the Pac-10's Diver of the Month for January following six of eight wins against UCLA, USC, Arizona State and in the Bruin Invite... picked up wins in the three and one-meters at the Bruin Invite and against Arizona State the next weekend, as well as the three-meter over UCLA... helped the Cardinal defeat Michigan and Florida in a tri-meet by winning the one and three meters in the fall... academic All-Pac-10.
Stanford in 2009-2010 (Junior): Reached the NCAAs for the third-straight year following a second place finish in the Zone E platform with a score of 545.25 on the final day of competition after finishing fifth in the one-meter and seventh in the three-meter... placed 32nd at the NCAA Championship one-meter and 18th in the platform... was 23rd in the three-meter NCAA event... named Pac-10 Diver of the Month for January, 2010 as during the first month of the decade, Hostage won three of five one-meter competitions, winning the Bruin Invite and dual competitions with ASU and UCLA. She also won the three-meter event at UCLA and was second to teammate Carmen Stellar in the one-meter against the Wildcats.placed fourth in the one meter dive at the Pac-10 Championships with a score of 292.30 and fifth in the three meter dive with a score of 331.95...swept meets against California and UCLA winning both the one meter and three meters...won the three meter at the Toshiba Classic with a score of 298.15.
Stanford in 2008-09 (Sophomore): Top finisher in the 1-meter springboard for the Cardinal, finishing third with a personal-best 295.75 at Pac-10s... finished third in the Pac-10 3-meter springboard with a mark of 321.35, one of two Cardinal in the top-three... finished fifth in the 3-meter at the Zone E Regionals with a score of 594.20... a day later tallied a score of 535.85 for fourth place in the 1-meter.
Stanford in 2007-08 (Freshman): Became Stanford's first freshman diver ever to earn Pac-10 Diver of the Year accolades...also was named the Pac-10's Diving Newcomer of the Year after capturing the conference title in the 3-meter competition...earned a pair of All-American honors for her performance at the NCAA Championships...turned in a score of 347.20 to place second in the platform competition...also advanced to the final of the 1-meter competition, finishing 13th with a score of 283.30...dominated at the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships, winning both the platform (541.90) and 1-meter (577.05) events...also finished second in the 3-meter competition (602.45)...became the sixth Stanford diver to capture a Pac-10 title in the 3-meter event, scoring a 300.90...also placed second on the 1-meter (289.25) and 11th on the platform (209.50)...was named the Pac-10's Diver of the Month for December after winning the platform event at the prestigious Texas Invitational (261.75).
