• Parents are Michael and Maree
• Father, Michael, played soccer at Stanford while mother, Maree, was an All-American field hockey player at Stanford
• Played competitive soccer for San Diego Surf Soccer Club, winning a national title before switching to tennis full time at 14
• Founded non-profit Play With Heart Foundation in 2022 with a vision of providing free heart health screening for all youth athletes on a national level
