Jesse Sultzer joined the Stanford women's volleyball staff in August 2017 as the team's technical coordinator.
Sultzer comes to The Farm from Courts Galore in Austin, Texas, where he worked in logistics. He is also the founder of Ignite Sports, which started and ran volleyball clubs in Austin, Texas and Boulder, Colorado. Sultzer managed daily club business, including sales, marketing, accounting, facilities and human resources.
Sultzer also served as the director of operations for the University of Colorado volleyball team from 2010-12. He managed the day-to-day operations of the team, including travel, video and statistical analysis for player development and scouting, organized summer camps and served as the liaison to compliance, business, marketing and equipment departments.
Sultzer worked as the technical coordinator and camp director at the University of Texas from 2003-05. He also served as the championship events intern for USA Volleyball in Colorado Springs, Colorado during the summer of 2003.
Sultzer earned a B.S. in commerce and a B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia in 2003, and and M.Ed. in sport management from the University of Texas in 2007. He and his wife, Angela, have a daughter, Bryn.
