  • Hat tricks came against San Jose State (1/28) at the Cal Cup, Long Beach State (2/23) and Pacific (2/24) and the Barbara Kalbus Invitational and California in the MPSF opener (3/4)
  • Did not find the back of the cage in the first game of the season, but then scored in 11 straight
  • Stanford's second-leading scorer at the conference tournament with five goals
  • Scored twice in the NCAA quarterfinals against UC Irvine (5/11) and once in the final against USC (5/13)

As a Sophomore (2017)

  • Third on the team in scoring at the NCAA championships with four goals in the three wins in Indianapolis

As a Freshman (2016)

  • MPSF All-Newcomer Team
  • Sixth on the team with 27 goals
  • Scored in 17 games, had seven multi-goal efforts and three hat tricks
  • Tied for the team lead with five goals at the NCAA championships in Los Angeles
  • Scored twice in the quarterfinals against UC Santa Barbara (5/13), once in the semifinals against UCLA (5/14) and twice in the championship against USC (5/15)
  • Two hat tricks came against Loyola Marymount (2/7 and 2/27) and the other in MPSF action against Cal (4/9)

USA Water Polo

  • Took home gold at the World University Games in Taipei in August 2017
    • Scored 11 times and had four assists and four steals 
  • Stanford represented the United States and finished fifth at the 2015 World University Games in Gwangju, South Korea
    • Played 120 minutes in seven games, scored nine goals, had a team-high 10 assists and two steals
  • Won gold with the U.S. Women's Youth National Team at the FINA World Youth Championships in August 2014
    • Scored four times at the tournament in Madrid, Spain from Aug. 25-31, including a hat trick against Germany, a 24-4 U.S. win
      • Berggren and Team USA, which also included current Stanford teammates Kat Klass and Jordan Raney, swept their way to the title
      • The United States beat Hungary, South Africa, Germany, Netherlands, Greece and Canada

  • A 2015 graduate of Tualatin High School in Tualatin, Ore.
  • Lettered four years in water polo and served as team captain as a junior and senior
    • Two-time state MVP (2013 and 2014)
    • Three-time team MVP (2012-14)
    • Three-time All-Three Rivers League first team (2012-14)
    • Three-time first team all-state (2012-14)
    • 2011 Three Rivers League honorable mention
    • Tualatin won state championships in 2011, 2013 and 2014
    • Team was Three Rivers League champions in 2011, 2012 and 2014
    • Finished second in the state in 2012
  • Also finished sixth in both the 50 and 100 free at the 2015 Oregon High School State Swimming Championships
  • Played for Tualatin Hills Water Polo Club in 2011 and 2012 and San Diego Shores Water Polo Club in 2013 and 2014
    • San Diego Shores finished second at 2014 Junior Olympics
