Megan Carr joined the Stanford staff as the volunteer assistant coach in October 2020. She is entering her second season with the Cardinal in 2021.

Prior to coming to The Farm, Carr served as an assistant coach at the University of Indianapolis in 2019-20, helping lead the Greyhounds to a 21-10 overall record and its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2014. Working primarily with the liberos and pin hitters, Carr coached two players to All-GLVC First Team honors.

Carr was also an assistant coach for the 16 1's Munciana Ninjas. Ranked top 10 in the country, she worked primarily with the liberos and pin hitters. Carr spent eight years at Munciana as a player.

Originally from Zionsville, Indiana, Carr played one season at Ohio State as a member of a top-25 ranked recruiting class.
