Micah Flores enters his third year with the Cardinal as the Assistant Director of Football Equipment for the 2024 season.
Flores joins the Cardinal after a year at the University of Nevada, Reno, where he worked as the Assistant Football Equipment Manager. Flores oversaw 13 student-managers and was assigned to lead the fitting of the Wolf Pack’s student-athletes protective equipment.
Flores is no stranger to The Farm, interning with Football Equipment during the 2019 and 2020 seasons. As an intern, Flores was responsible for the set-up and breakdown of field equipment while also leading the set-up and breakdown of the team’s locker room for both home and away games.
Flores began working as an equipment manager while pursuing his undergraduate degree at Fresno State University. Flores worked as the Bulldogs’ Head Student Equipment Manager, managing 14 of his peers in assisting with maintaining, repairing, and organizing apparel and protective equipment.
Flores graduated from Fresno State in May of 2019 with his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Administration.
