Michael "Mike" Bringuel joined DAPER as the Chief Human Resources Officer on July 20, 2026.

Bringuel possesses more than 30 years of leadership experience, spanning all aspects of Human Resources. Throughout his distinguished career, Bringuel has led high-performing HR teams and implemented impactful people programs at some of the industry’s most notable technology companies, including Intuit, Airbnb, and eBay, where he spent over 18 years in a variety of leadership roles.

Known for his pragmatic approach to talent management, operational excellence, and building vibrant, healthy workplace cultures, Bringuel has dedicated his career to helping organizations and their people thrive. He is also a certified executive coach through Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching program and has mentored and developed leaders at all levels of organizations.

A proud California native who grew up in Santa Clara, Bringuel earned his B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Bringuel and his wife, Andrea, recently celebrated 35 years of marriage and are proud parents of two adult children. Their daughter, Haley, serves as a Parks & Recreation Administrator in Bend, Oregon, and their son, Josh, is the Linebackers Coach for the University of Arizona. Bringuel enjoys traveling to visit family, fly fishing, attending live music events, and spending time with his two dogs, Norman and Jameson.
