Molly Lambillotte joined the Stanford women's volleyball staff as an assistant coach in January 2024. She spent two sesons on The Farm (2024 & 2025).
 
In her first season with the Cardinal, Stanford tied for second in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and reached its 18th NCAA regional final since 1998. Led by ACC Setter of the Year Kami Miner, Stanford produced three AVCA All-Americans and a College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-American in 2024.
 
In 2025, Stanford won a share of the ACC title - its first as a member of the conference. The Cardinal made its fourth straight NCAA regional semifinal appearance and finished with three AVCA All-Americans and three CSC Academic All-Americans.

Lambillotte came to The Farm after serving one season as an assistant coach at UNC Pembroke, helping guide the team to the Conference Carolinas Tournament final in 2023. Prior to working with the Braves, she spent a season as a volunteer assistant coach at Central Florida.

Lambillotte played collegiately at Wingate University, helping lead the Bulldogs to five regular season championships and three conference tournament titles. Wingate also won a pair of regional championships during her time with the program.

An All-Region and All-America selection, Lambillotte played in 138 matches for Wingate. She was named a captain for the Bulldogs in 2019 and held that title through her senior season. The Geneva, Illinois, native finished her career with 1,315 digs and 889 kills.

Lambillotte earned her bachelor's degree in sports management from Wingate in 2022, and is currently pursuing her master's degree in the Sport Management Coaching and Leadership track.
