Patrick Brucki enters his third season as an assistant coach for the Stanford wrestling team in 2025-26.

In two seasons with the Cardinal, Brucki has helped coach an individual ACC champion and three All-Americans to four total honors. Stanford has notched two top 20 finishes at the NCAA Championships (2024 - 16th; 2025 - 18th). The Cardinal has had 10 NCAA qualifiers make 13 total appearances at the national tournament with Brucki in the corner. Stanford has also collected 13 NWCA Scholar All-America awards, 19 conference all-academic picks, a Pac-12 Scholar-Athlete of the Year recipient, and a College Sports Communicators First Team Academic All-American during Brucki's tenure.

Brucki joined the Cardinal after a successful collegiate career at Princeton (2017-20), under Chris Ayres, and a graduate year at Michigan (2021-22).

Brucki was a two-time All-American, placing fourth for Princeton at 197 pounds in 2019 before earning NWCA First Team honors for the Tigers in 2020. A three-time All-Ivy second team performer, he won the 2019 EIWA title and became just the second Midlands champion in Princeton history.

At Michigan, Brucki served as a team captain for the 2021-22 team which won the Big Ten title and finished as the runner-up at the NCAA Championships in Detroit. He was an NWCA Scholar All-American, Academic All-Big Ten selection and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.

A native of Orland Park, Illinois, Brucki earned his bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering (BSE) in Civil Environmental Engineering from Princeton University (Structural Engineering) in 2021, and a master's in Science and Engineering (MSE) in Construction Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2022.
