Burnham Pavilion, originally known as the "Stanford Pavilion," was built in 1921 and is the competition site to the men's and women's gymnastics teams, the wrestling team and the men's volleyball team. The pavilion is named after Malin Burnham, a principal donor to the recent renovation project.
The facility also houses the Ford Center, named in honor of Thomas W. Ford, member of the Stanford Athletics Board and Board of Trustees. Burnham Pavilion and Ford Center also houses the administrative offices for Stanford's men's, women's, and women's lightweight rowing
