STANFORD, Calif. - The fourth-ranked Stanford men's tennis teamblanked BYU 7-0 in non-conference action this afternoon at Taube FamilyTennis Stadium.
The Cardinal improves to an 9-1 overall record while the Cougarsfall to 6-4.
With his win at the No. 3 singles position, freshman K.J.Hippensteel remains undefeated in dual-match action at 11-0. He is theonly Cardinal with an unblemished dual record.
Stanford will travel to the desert for Pac-10 dual meets atArizona on Fri., March 26 at 1:30 p.m. and Arizona State on Sat., March27 at noon. The Cardinal will return home for a non-conference match vs.North Carolina State on Wed., March 31 at 1:30 p.m.
