STANFORD, Calif. - The Stanford men's swimming and diving program has announced that it will add 12 freshmen to its roster for the 2000-2001 season. The class includes 10 swimmers and two divers.
The 10 swimmers joining head coach Skip Kenney's squad next fall are Nick Bott (St. Louis, MO), Michael Bruce (Wichita, KS), Jamie Daggett (River Forest, IL), Peter Marshall (Atlanta, GA), Bobby O'Bryan (Ft. Smith, AR), Scott Ransenberg (Cincinnati, OH), Markus Rogan (Alexandria, VA), Andrew Schnell (Downers Grove, IL), Alec Sheehy (Columbus, IN) and Matt Sorlien (Tualatin, OR).
The two divers recruited by Stanford diving coach Dr. Rick Schavone are Brian Ferris (Lubbock, TX) and Jesse Fonner (Silver Springs, MD).
