The Stanford women's golf team is in sixth place, 34 strokes off the pace, heading into the final round of the NCAA Women's Golf Championships being held at the Crosswater Club in Sunriver, Ore. The Cardinal shot a tournament low 297 to give them a three round total of 896.
Junior All-American Stephanie Keever shot an even-par 72, placing her in a tie for 18th place with a 223. Senior JaeJean Ro joins Keever with a 223, after a two-over par 74. Junior All-American Hilary Homeyer is in a tie for 24th place with a 224 (73-76-75), and freshman Kim Rowton posted a 76 for a total 226 and 35th place. Junior Salimah Mussani is in 126th place with a 254.
The University of Arizona has a commanding 28-stroke lead (865) leading into tomorrow's final round. Arizona's Jenna Daniels and Julia Kraschinski will battle for the individual title as they both have scores of 210.
