USAFA, Colo. -- Stanford finished with three individual title winners on Thursday night against Air Force and Michigan State. Junior co-captain David Durante tied for first place on the high bar with a 9.000, which helped put him in place to take second in the All-Around (51.850). The Cardinal (205.150) finished behind Michigan State (210.500) and ahead of the host, Air Force (203.700).
Stanford also earned first place finishes from freshman Dan Gill on the vault with a 9.250, junior Cade Raggio on the parallel bars with an 8.750 and sophomore Marshall Erwin on rings with a 9.500. Gill also placed third in the All-Around behind Durante with a score of 50.150.
Stanford returns to action on Sat., March 10 as the Cardinal travel to Norman, Okla. to square off against Oklahoma and Ohio State.
