Stanford Tied For Third At The Prestige At PGA West

La Quinta, Calif. - After one complete round, the Stanford men sit tied for third with UC Irvine at The Prestige At PGA West with a team total of 291. UCLA leads the way with an eight-under total of 280. Colorado trails in second with a first-round total 290. Lightning delayed play early during the second round, with the completion of the second round resuming tomorrow.

Colorado's Edward McGlasson sits in first place individually, tallying a five-under first-round total of 67. Matt Matza of Yale follows with a 68, and UCLA's Erik Flores currently resides in third with a 69.

Rob Grube and Zack Miller pace the Cardinal with a par 72 after one round, tied for 12th.Freshman Dodge Kemmer notched a one-over 73 and is tied for 18th. Kyle Gentry followed closely with a two-over 74 and junior Matt Savage turned in a 78.

Second-round play will resume tomorrow morning with a shotgun start at 7:00 am. The third round will follow.
