Rancho Cordova, Calif. - The No. 3 ranked Stanford women's lightweight eight won the title at the Pacific Coast Rowing Championships at Lake Natomas on Saturday, marking the fifth time in the last six seasons the Cardinal has been victorious in the event. The Cardinal finished in a time of 7:21.2 to defeat second-place Loyola Marymount (7:49.2) handily by 28 seconds. The team's four also was a winner in a time of 8:00.7 to comfortably outpace second-place Humboldt State (8:18.8).
