Tournament Results King's Scorecard

Albuquerque, N.M.- On the final day of the NCAA Championships from UNM Championships Golf Course, Stanford's Angela King shot a 6-over-par 78. The final round gave King a four-day total of 20-over-par 308 to finish in a tie for 75th.

King and the rest of the field battled weather delays that interrupted play throughout the tournament.

Just a sophomore, King followed up her 60th place finish last season with the 75th place finish this year. This season she played as an individual as the Cardinal missed qualifying as a team for the first time since 1988.

USC won the NCAA Championship by shooting a four-round score of 16-over-par 1168. They finished with a six stroke lead over runner-up UCLA who finished with a score of 22-over-par 1174.

The tournament concludes the season for Stanford. The Cardinal had a successful year, which included a tournament title at the Peg Barnard Invitational.
