Stanford
Head Coach John Dunning
(On tomorrow's match) "I haven't thought about playing our next game until now. I enjoy coaching against Dave [Shoji]; he's a great coach. His team is always really skilled; I thought they played with a lot of energy tonight. We're looking forward to it, we don't know much about the Hawaii team, but we're going to watch video tonight and be ready for them tomorrow night."
Senior Middle Blocker Foluke Akinradewo
(On tomorrow's match) "We're going to take our game to the next level tomorrow night against Hawaii. Hawaii's a good team."
Florida
Head Coach Mary Wise
"When you play a team like Stanford, there's so little room for error. But our team competed hard, and we got better as the match went on. In games two and three we had no answer for Foluke [Akinradewo], but nobody in the country did either. I couldn't be more proud of our team in terms in how they competed as the match went on in a brand new environment for some of them."
Junior Libero Elyse Cusack
"Foluke [Akinradewo] is a one of a kind player; we don't see too many players like her. There's really no player like her in the country, and she carried them pretty much. We knew they weren't going to give us anything, and we had to play the best match of our lives pretty much. The nerves got some of us in the beginning but we settled down and played better. But they were just the better team tonight."
