PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif.- Stanford was represented by a doubles team Wednesday at the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships in Pacific Palisades, Calif.
The duo of Mallory Burdette and Carolyn McVeigh dropped an 8-6 decision to Old Dominion's Joanna Dobrakwalska and Nadine Fahoum in a consolation doubles match during the qualifying round.
Thursday's main singles draw will feature junior Hilary Barte (35-6, 22-1), tabbed No. 5 in the national preseason rankings. Barte and Lindsay Burdette, checking in as the nation's No. 3 doubles team, are included in the main draw.
