BERKELEY, Calif.- No. 8 Stanford remained undefeated through six matches after a 5-2 win over No. 18 California on Saturday afternoon.
The Cardinal (6-0, 0-0 Pac-10) picked up wins on courts one and three to claim the doubles point, and eventually secured the match when Ryan Thacher defeated Carlos Cueto 7-6 (4), 6-4 at the No. 2 position.
Stanford is back in action on Tuesday, Feb. 15, against Fresno State at 1:30 p.m.
