STANFORD, Calif.-- Austin Wilson hit a three-run homer and drove in four runs as No. 2-ranked Stanford (13-1) took the series with No. 4-ranked Rice (12-4) following a 11-6 win on Saturday afternoon.

Eric Smith added three RBIs as a part of a 3-for-4 day and Brian Ragira hit a solo home run and went 3-for-4 as well.

Ragira's shot an inning later then made it 8-3. Ragira had hits in his first three at-bats.

Brett Mooneyham (4-0) went the first 6.0 innings for the win, giving up three runs on six hits. He struck out nine and walked four, with Rice taking a 1-0 lead in the first off a solo homer by Christian Stringer and tying it in the third at 3-3 on a two-run homer by Michael Fuda.

Lonnie Kauppila's RBI single followed by a two-run double by Smith tied the game at 3-3 in the second.

Smith and Wilson had RBI hits in the seventh, at that point, well in hand at 11-4.

NOTES: Jake Stewart missed his second-straight game (back) and is day-to-day. Last night's hero, Justin Ringo, started his second game in left... Sunday's game is at noon (remember to turn forward your clocks!). Stanford is then off for its finals break until March 24-26 with USC.
