No. 8 Men's Tennis Closes Road Swing With 4-3 Win At Utah

SALT LAKE CITY- No. 8 Stanford wrapped up its three-match road swing with a 4-3 victory over Utah on Sunday morning.

The Cardinal (12-5, 2-0 Pac-12) had opened the week with a 6-1 loss at No. 7 Pepperdine before bouncing back with a 5-2 victory at Arizona.

Utah is now 11-7 overall and 0-2 in conference play.

Sweeping all three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead, Stanford extended its advantage to 3-0 following wins from Bradley Klahn (6-3, 6-4 at No. 1) and John Morrissey (6-2, 6-1 at No. 4).

The Utes countered with victories on courts five and two, respectively, to close within 3-2.

However, Daniel Ho closed out the match with a 6-3, 6-4 triumph at the No. 6 position.
