The costs of salaries and benefits, recruiting, team travel and other expenses are escalating, some of themfaster than the rate of inflation. The long-term solution to offsetting the cost of these expenses is endowment. An endowment fund for the women's tennis program can be established for $100,000 or more. Each gift of endowment for women's tennis is invested and earns annual income for the operating budget in perpetuity. Matching Gift Program
