Stanford: A talented and reliable performer for the Cardinal during her first three years Earned her first All-American honor as a member of the runner-up distance medley relay at the 2006 NCAA Indoor Championships Also a manks ember of the American record-holding 4 x1500 meter relay team that won the Penn Relays in 2006 Helped the Cardinal cross country squad go undefeated in 2005 with a national championship Has assisted in two cross country national championships, a runner-up NCAA indoor team performance as co-captain and Stanford's only Pac-10 track championship Will anchor a talented cross country squad in 2006.

2005 Cross Country Season (Junior): Helped the Cardinal to its second NCAA championship in the last three years Finished eighth at the NCAA West Regional to lead Stanford to a seventh-straight team championship Placed 14th at the Pac-10 Championship as the Cardinal secured a 10th-straight win Captured the 4,000 meter title at the Stanford Invitational to guide the Cardinal to victories in both races Selected Second-Team All-Pac-10.

2004 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Helped Stanford to a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Championships, as well as the NCAA West Regional title with a 17th-place individual finish Placed sixth at the Pac-10 Championships to help the Cardinal to it's ninth-straight team title Recorded three top-10 finishes including third place on the 6,000 meter course at the Stanford Invitational Named First-Team All-Pac-10.

2003 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Stanford's fifth runner as the Cardinal captured the national title Placed 17th at the NCAA West Regional with Stanford claiming the team championship Finished 10th at the Pac-10 Championship, helping Stanford to it's eighth-straight team victory Individual champion at the Murray Keatinge Invitational A Second-Team All-Pac-10 selection.
