Cardinal Career: A two-time NCAA champion, six-time All-American three-time Pac-10 champ and winner of 11 events during her collegiate career Blasted onto the scene as a freshman, swimming the backstroke on Stanford's winning 200 and 400 yard medley relay teams at the 2002 NCAA Championships, setting an American record in the 400 that still stands Her backstroke leg (53.80) to leadoff the 400 ranks her as the No. 5 all-time performer at Stanford.
As A Junior In 2003-04: Missed nearly the entire season following back surgery after her successful sophomore campaign Attempted to come back in the team's first meet of the second portion of its schedule versus Pacific but competed in just two races (100 back, 200 medley relay) and did not return to action for the remainder of the season.
As A Sophomore In 2002-03: Earned three All-American honors, placing 13th in the 100 yard back (54.78, 54.67 prelims) at the NCAA Championships, as well as helping Stanford to second and fourth-place showings by swimming the backstroke leg on 200 (25.73/1:38.42) and 400 (55.05/3:35.16) yard relay teams Also competed in the 200 yard back at the NCAA's, finishing 30th (2:00.10 prelims) Helped the Cardinal to a pair of relay titles at the Pac-10 Championships by swimming the backstroke leg on the 200 (25.40/1:38.80) and 400 (54.95/3:35.94) yard medley relay teams as the Cardinal broke the Pac-10 Meet record in the 200 Also had a nice individual meet at the Pac-10's, taking second in the 100 yard back (season-best 54.09), eighth in the 200 yard back (2:12.81, 2:00.63 prelims) and 22nd in the 50 yard free (23.88) Picked up a regular season victory in the 100 yard back at Arizona State, while swimming the backstroke leg on Stanford's winning 200 yard medley relay team versus UCLA Had Stanford's top time in the 100 yard back (54.09) and second-best time in the 200 yard back (2:00.10) Honorable mention Pac-10 All-Academic.
As A Freshman In 2001-02: A two-time NCAA champion and three-time All-American in her first collegiate campaign Swam the backstroke legs on Stanford's winning 200 (25.25/1:37.79) and 400 (53.80/3:31.74) yard medley relay teams at the NCAA's, helping the Cardinal break an American record that still stands in the 400 Her 53.80 leg to leadoff the 400 yard medley relay at the NCAA's was Stanford's top time in the event during the season and her personal-best for the 100 yard backstroke, currently putting her at No. 5 on Stanford's all-time list in the event Earned her third All-American honor at the NCAA's by placing ninth in the 100 (54.16)yard back Was also 18th in the 200 yard back with a personal-best time of 1:58.89 Helped Stanford to a victory in the 400 yard medley relay (55.17/3:36.54) and a second-place finish in the 200 yard medley relay (25.70/1:39.88) at the Pac-10 Championships by swimming the backstroke legs of both events Scored in three individual events at the Pac-10's, finishing seventh in the 100 (55.20) and 11th in the 200 (2:00.35) yard back, as well as 19th in the 100 yard fly (56.54) Won the 100 yard back three times during the regular season versus Georgia in her first collegiate meet, Texas and Arizona State Also swam on three winning 200 yard medley relay teams and one winning 400 yard medley relay squad during the regular season Was the team's third-best performer in the 200 yard back (1:58.89) and fourth-best in the 100 yard fly (56.54) Finished in the top five in each of her 15 individual events during the regular season.

National Competition: Had a big showing at the 2001 Summer Senior Nationals by finishing fifth in the 100 meter back (career-best 1:03.53), while also participating in the 100 meter fly Finished 19th at the 2000 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 100 meter back (1:04.65 prelims) 1999 U.S. Junior National champion in the 100 yard back.
High School: A 2001 graduate of Mountain Pointe High School Capped her prep swimming career by winning the Arizona 5A Swimmer of the Year award as a senior in 2001 Also named the Region and City Swimmer of the Year in her final prep campaign A six-time high school All-American Won the 100 yard back in each of her final two years at Arizona's state meet and the 100 yard fly in her senior season Swam on her school's state champion 200 yard medley relay team for each of her last three prep seasons and the 400 yard medley relay squad as a junior Performed in the top 5% of her class academically in each of her four years of high school A two-time Academic All-American Coached by Steve Mancuso.
