2006 Cross Country Season (Junior): Named the 2006 NCAA West Region and Pac-10 Cross Country runner of the year ... Earned All-American honors by leading the Cardinal to its second straight national title with a fourth place finish ... Took the top spot at the NCAA West Regional as Stanford captured the team title ... Captured the Pac-10 individual title at the conference championships ... Finished as the runner-up at the Pre-NCAA Invite.
2005 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): 2005 NCAA West Region and Pac-10 Cross Country Runner of the Year ... Gained All-American honors with an eighth-place finish at the NCAA Championship, helping Stanford to its second national title in three years as co-captain... Captured the NCAA West Region individual title with a time of 19:29.3 to lead the Cardinal to a seventh-straight team championship ... Also claimed an individual victory at the Pac-10 Championships with a time of 20:20.00, helping Stanford to a tenth-straight team title ... Recorded wins at the Stanford Invitational (6,000 meters), Murray Keatinge Invitational and USF Invitational as Stanford claimed team victories at all three.
