2005 Cross Country Season (Junior): Helped lead the Cardinal to a sixth-place team finish Placed 11th at the NCAA West Regional Turned in a 10th-place performance at the Pac-10 Championship to help Stanford to a sixth-straight team title and earn Second-Team All-Pac-10 honors Finished fifth in the 8,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational as the Cardinal men claimed victories in both races.
2004 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Stanford's fifth runner as the Cardinal finished sixth as a team Placed 24th at the NCAA West Regional Finished 11th at the Pac-10 Championships to help the Cardinal win a fifth-straight team title, earning Second-Team All-Pac-10 honors.
2003 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Finished 19th at the Pac-10 Championship as Stanford claimed the team title for the fourth-straight year Pre-NCAA Open champion Placed fifth in the 8,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational and earned runner-up honors at the Bronco Invitational.
2002 Cross Country Season: Redshirted.
International Competition: Gold medalist in the 10,000 meters at the 2003 Junior Pan Am Games in Barbados Finished fourth at the 2003 U.S. Junior National Cross Country Championships to qualify for the IAAF World Junior Cross Country Championships in Lausanne, Switzerland.
