In his freshman season Bell served as heavy crew and helped lead the cardinal coed team to a nationals berth and an 8th place finish in the Team Race Nationals. As a senior in High School Bell placed fourth in the NESSA George O'Day trophy A division. Bell will perform dual roles with the Cardinal in his junior season as both a skipper and heavy crew.
