Currently: Dave Durante is a member of the USA Senior National Team and is training for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. He is also helping the Cardinal as an assistant coach this season.

At Stanford: Helped lead Stanford to the NCAA Championships in 2001... Competed in the All-Around in every meet for the Cardinal... Finished 17th in NCAA competition in the All-Around with a 50.000... Competed in the AA during half of his sophomore season and was named Most Improved Gymnast... Saw limited action in his freshman year due to injury, competed on parallel bars and pommel horse.

In High School: Attended Arthur L. Johnson High School in Clark, NJ... Two-time All-Around All-American... Placed third on Pommel Horse in the 1995 Junior Olympics... Captured second on the parallel bars in the 1998 Junior Olympics... A three-time state champion.

Personal: A Human Biology major... Plans on becoming a physical therapist... Competed with Surgents Elite School of Gymnastics... Enjoys surfing, soccer and going to the beach... Son of Robert and Juliana.
